Pair Stole Tablet Device from Rite Aid, Police Say

Hellertown Police are searching for a man and woman who they say stole a 9-inch tablet device from Rite Aid, 110 Main St., Friday afternoon.

Hellertown Police are searching for an unidentifed man and woman who they say stole a 9-inch tablet device from Rite Aid, 110 Main St., Friday afternoon.

In a news release issued Monday police said the man was white and 55 to 60 years old, while the woman–also white–is approximately 25 to 30 years old.

After allegedly stealing the electronic device shortly after 2:30 p.m., police said the pair were last seen heading south on Main Street in a burgundy-colored sedan that was possibly a Chevrolet.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call police at 610-838-7040.
