What business would brighten your day or just make your life easier, if it was located in this space in the Saucon Square shopping center on Rt. 378 in Lower Saucon Township?

It’s located at the busy end of a Lower Saucon Township shopping center, where it stands out because it’s the only empty space at that end of the plaza.

It’s the former RadioShack store in the Saucon Square shopping center on Rt. 378 in Lower Saucon Township.

What do you think should go there?

The electronics store closed three years ago, and the space in between Subway and Werkheiser Jewelers has been vacant ever since.

Some of the ideas for new businesses that could open there shared by readers on Saucon Source’s Instagram post:

  • A sushi restaurant
  • A shoe store
  • A Harley-Davidson retail store
  • A Chick-Fil-A restaurant
  • A bookstore
  • A YoFresh frozen yogurt shop

According to information on the commercial real estate website LoopNet, the 2,320 square-foot store near Dollar Tree and Maxx Fitness is available for immediate lease. The rent is not disclosed on the listing page.

Two other suites in the shopping center–on the other side of the driveway entrance–are also available for immediate lease. Those spaces are located next to each other and are 1,600 square feet and 5,200 square feet in size, respectively. Rents are undisclosed.

A pad site suitable for construction of a building up to 10,000 square feet in size is also available at Saucon Square, according to the LoopNet listings page.

The listing broker for the suites is Anthony Grosso of RealtyMark Properties.
