A new initiative to showcase the most beautiful homes in the Saucon Valley has been launched by sponsors Cheyenne Reiman of Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors in Hellertown and Saucon Source LLC.
The Pride of Hellertown-Lower Saucon Awards are open to homeowners in the borough of Hellertown and Lower Saucon Township.
The goal of the awards is to highlight pride of ownership and encourage others to maintain and beautify their properties, which contributes to both community spirit and a sense of place.
“The Saucon Valley is truly a special place, and that is exemplified by the pride so many residents take in their homes,” said Josh Popichak, publisher and owner of Saucon Source. “Cheyenne Reiman and I wanted to bring greater attention to the quiet efforts of so many local homeowners to keep our community looking beautiful, with the hope that this recognition will become an annual tradition and spur other residents to make improvements and further beautify their properties.”
Individuals can nominate their own homes or those of others by completing a brief form and uploading two preferably high-resolution photos. Click here to enter (or click on the ad in the sidebar on Saucon Source).
The deadline to nominate a home has been EXTENDED to Wednesday, June 22.
Public voting on the entries will take place from Thursday, June 23 to Sunday, July 10, with the winners in the following categories to be announced on July 11:

- Best of Lower Saucon ($100 Visa gift card)
SUBCATEGORIES
- Best Front Entry Way ($50 Visa gift card)
- Best Outdoor Living Space ($50 Visa gift card)

- Best Pool ($50 Visa gift card)
