A resident of a group home facility in the 2500 block of Applebutter Road, Lower Saucon Township, was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he allegedly threw rocks at staff members Thursday morning.

In a news release issued Friday police said Jonathan Alborran was reported as running away from the facility and throwing rocks at employees around 9:30 a.m.

When officers arrived they observed Alborran “running after the staff members” and took him into custody, police said.

In the past couple of years the group home at 2559 Applebutter Road has been the scene of several police-related incidents, including one in which a male resident allegedly caused $3,400 in damage by breaking items and another in which the same man allegedly purposely discharged a fire extinguisher.
