On Tuesday, police said Brian Allen Naugle, 26, “entered a DUI checkpoint on Mountain Drive and…failed to produce a valid operator’s license.”

Police said that while checking for a valid license for Naugle, an officer learned of outstanding arrest warrants in his name issued by Lehigh County.

Police said he was then taken into custody and found to be in possession of a syringe and heroin.

After that they said Naugle was transported to Lehigh County Prison.

He is being charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension, police said in the post about Naugle’s arrest on their new Crimewatch website.
